SCULPTS I NEVER POSTED

I suck at updating this.  Here's a bunch of different sculpts that I've never posted.  Enjoy!!
This one was for CC3.  It was for the best themed piece.  The theme that year was 3 some.  So naturally why not sculpt 3 blind mice bangn?

This was for best animated short.  It was also one of my favorites to sculpt.  I almost didnt want to give it away.   It's always a ton of fun sculpting the trophies for the con.

I did this one for fun.  I remember looking around for a Freddy Krueger statue or bust and I hated everything I found.  None of them were fun.  He's a fun character, therefore the sculpt should reflect that.  Sometimes I think toys and sculpts suck because they're trying to be too realistic.

The Rawking Hawking!!  This was made as a trophy for CC1.  I couldn't part with it entirely, so I made a mold then casted it in plastic, painted it and kept it for my self.  Whats that you say?? You think I'm selfish??  F YOU, DON'T JUDGE ME!

I got this as a blank kidrobot toy at comic con years ago.  In case you dont know, blank means it was just white.  So I painted it up all fun and junk. This was a ton of fun to work on.  I cut out his eye and cut open his tummy.  Made the guts and the brains outta sculpey then glued them to him.

ANOTHER CAKE TOPPER

I was recently asked to make another cake topper.  This one was
pretty awesome to work on.  It was for my friend Regina who
was throwing a surprise party for her husband Adnan.  He was
born in Pakistan and just received his US citizenship.
Congrats Adan!!

TATTOOED MY BFF!!

Heres a pic of one of the last tattoos I did.  I tattooed my best bud Matt Zitman! For years Matt has been talking about getting a tattoo of the Liberty Bell.  Just finding the right design that he was happy with was the hard part.  He asked one of our friends, Mikey Crawford to design something for him, and here it is.  I changed the design just a bit in order to fit the space a little bit better.  I inverted the image because I thought it looked better on that side of the body, changed some of the line work, and I added the bolts in the crack of the bell.  An awesome solid design!

I worked on this for hrs and Matt sat like a champ for his first tattoo.  It felt as if I flew right threw the outline.  But filling in all that black was super time consuming.  I wanted to make sure I was packing in the color.  My hands were killing me.  But over time I can feel my hand strength improving.

It's been a few weeks since I did this.  I'm excited to see it healed and wondering if there are spots that need touching up.  This was a ton of fun to do.  Thanks Matty for letting me work on ya!!

CAKE TOPPER

My sister in law just turned 30 so my brother planned a big surprise party for her. My dad made the cake. Which was pretty dang tasty. But they asked me to make the 30 for the top of the cake. So here's what I came up with.

Made out of super sculpey, in my opinion the best stuff on this planet to sculpt with!! First time I sculpted something like this. Another fun project.
